• Profile data: First name, last name, road name, email, phone, date of birth, document, profession, nationality, address, blood type.
• Emergency contact data: Name and phone number of your emergency contact.
• Photographs: Profile photo and photos of your motorcycles.
• Motorcycle data: Brand, model, displacement, plate, workshop details.
• Usage data: Information about your interaction with the application.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Allow access to the application and its features.
• Maintain the chapter member directory.
• Manage events and notifications.
• Administer dues and payment records.
• Facilitate communication between members.

Your information is shared only with:

• Other members of your chapter: Directory data (respecting your privacy settings).
• Administrators: For chapter and organization management.

We do not sell or share your information with external third parties.

5. Field Privacy

You can configure the privacy of specific fields (phone, email, address, etc.) so they are not visible to other members. This setting can be found at: More > Field Privacy.

6. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your information:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS).
• Authentication using secure tokens (JWT).

• Biometric authentication option.

We maintain your information while you are an active member of the organization. If your membership is canceled, your data will be deleted or anonymized according to organization policies.

The application requests camera access only to:

• Take profile photos.
• Photograph motorcycles.

If you enable biometric authentication (fingerprint or Face ID), this information is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
