I can't log in to the app
Make sure your email and password are correct. If you forgot your password, use the "Recover password" option on the login screen. If the problem persists, contact us.
How do I update my profile picture?
Go to the "Profile" section, tap on your current photo and select "Take photo" or "Choose from gallery" to update your image.
How do I set up biometric authentication?
Go to "More" > "Security" and enable the Face ID or fingerprint option. Your device must have this feature enabled beforehand.
Who can see my personal information?
You can configure the privacy of each field in "More" > "Field Privacy". Only members of your chapter can see the information you choose to share.
How do I report a bug in the app?
Send us an email to info@evoluado.com describing the issue, your device, and the app version. Screenshots help us resolve the problem faster.
